I can't sign in

Use Reset password with the email address you registered with. No reset email after a few minutes? Check spam, then write to us — we can confirm which address your account uses.

My books aren't showing up (web or app)

Purchases are tied to your account, not your device. Sign in with the same email you purchased with and everything you own appears automatically — in the web player and in the iOS / Android apps. Still missing? Send us the receipt or the purchase email address and we will relink it.

Audio won't play, or keeps stopping

  1. Check your connection — streaming needs a stable network (in the apps, downloaded books play offline).
  2. On the web: refresh the page; if the player still fails, try another browser or disable aggressive content blockers for iconicvoices.io.
  3. In the apps: force-quit the app and reopen; if a downloaded book misbehaves, delete and re-download it.
  4. Sign out and back in — this refreshes your access token.
  5. Still stuck? Email us the book title, your device and OS version, and what you tried.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Billing (sign-in required) — one click, no retention maze. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Details in the Refund Policy.

How do I get a refund?

How do I delete my account?

In the app (Settings → Delete account), on the web, or by email — all three paths are on the account deletion page.
